We offer free shipping on all domestic prepaid orders & try to ship out in 24h after getting online payment confirmation by payment gateway. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days or earlier and it will take 5-10 days in delivery. When you place an order, we will provide estimate shipping and delivery dates for you reference. You can track the item by login in your Emafiya account.
Please note that prepaid shipment deliver 3x faster than Cash on Delivery & And this also helps the seller to process the orders quickly. Cash on Delivery order is chargeable & will take time in shipping due to taking confirmation from buyer over phone or email. No cash on Delivery shipment will be made out of India. Its just for domestic customers who buy from india.
Usually we ship all orders through Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery and Ecom courier Service. In case of no service we dispatch your orders via Speed Post. All these couriers will take 3-7 days time for PAN India delivery. It depends upon your provided shipping address. Providing a valid address and working mobile number is mandatory, if we found that you have provided a wrong address or not working number then we will cancel your order and refund.
After shipping you will get tracking details of your item via email/sms and on your provided whatsapp number. You can conveniently track your orders progress by clicking on Track Order link of my account section and you will be redirected to order tracking page.
In case your shipment is getting delayed, please contact with your local courier office with the Airway Bill Number which we have provided to know the status. If you do not receive your item with in 10 days please contact us through helpline number or live whatsapp chat button. We will invetigate it communicate with shipping company to find out the issue. We will provide you full refund or replacement if product will be losted during transit.
Strive for the best service is our tenet! We think no thing can't be slove after good communication from both side. we will reply all your message and emaill in 24h (may sometimes canot reply in time as the holidays beg to be excused).
In any case, if you area is not servicable by our above courier partners or anything else.. then unfortunately we would have to cancel your order and refund your entire amount. Please Note that once we initiate the refund, the Refund process is completed by our bank and it may take 3-8 Business Days to complete the same.

In Case your area is not serviceable and you want to purchase something. You can place an order using the address of your relatives which is serviceable by above courier companies.
Kindly note that the Entry Tax / Local Sales Tax / OCTROI should be paid by the buyer if demanded by the courier company. Clearance charges if any should be paid by the buyer only. Kindly do not complain about such charges since it’s demanded by the government.
Customers are required to pay return shipping cost in case of warranty for non-woring goods.
Please do not sign Proof of Delivery (POD) untill you check the item & satisfied with condition. It will be your responsibility if you recived a damaged but you had signed the courier POD. We will not help you in any case after signing the POD cos we will not get transit insurance from courier company. On receipt of the product, kindly acknowledge the same immediately by writing your product review.
Once you place an order, the address is an attribute that’s unchangeable, so kindly enter the correct address before placing an order otherwise we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
We try to ship all our orders on the same day, but sometimes due to overwhelming demands or the reason product being out of stock, shipment might be delayed, but that happens very seldom. If such a situation arises we may require additional time to ship an order. By placing your order, you are giving us your consent of the same and agree to grant us time extension if required.
